Apple’s introduction of the iPhone has resulted in a deluge of breathless press. Is this an example of a technological breakthrough being recognized or is it more routine technology that is being well marketed (by someone who took to heart the lessons of Peter Evans’ Marketing lecture in Entrepreneurship 101)?
