In his recent Entrepreneurship 101 lecture Dr Mathieu Boudreau talked about the importance of having experienced team members involved with a start up. Yet many teams are made up of first time entrepreneurs who succeed because they didn’t know that they shouldn’t be able to do what they set out to do!

Thus, my Question of the Week is:
How important is it to have experience on your team?
