		<description>Great stuff. I think the heart of innovation lies in finding connections between different models or context (e.g. Dell adapting the fast-food model to his computer factory). The for-profit sector would find a plethora of ideas from the social sector to adapt to their sectors/careers, as you've mentioned.</description>
