CBC taps MaRS expertise

Kudos to CBC Toronto for starting the school year off with a week-long “reality check” on how the city is transitioning from old to new economy.

The series spanned radio and television, morning and afternoon shows. And while it certainly didn’t dive deep (for that we have Ideas), it did capture the voices of people on the front lines facing the challenges of economic change as well as community leaders crafting new ways to generate social and economic prosperity for the city.

MaRS CEO Ilse Treurnicht was among those leaders. To listen to that radio interview, click on the thumbnail photo found on the right of this page.
